Cascade Hollow Distillery has been crafting George Dickel Tennessee Whisky for generations. The water comes from a natural spring on-site, and the whisky is distilled in small batched with care, carrying on the time-honored tradition of crafting high-quality spirits.

One of the distillery's most unique characteristics is its cold charcoal mellowing process. Inspired by George Dickel's belief that whisky made in cooler temperatures produced a smoother sip, the whisky is chilled to 40 degrees before filtering, enhancing its complexity and character. In honor of the Scotch whisky traditions, the brand omits the "e" in "whisky", signifying its aspiration to rival the world's finest.
