Tucked away on a 400-acre farm near the unincorporated Lawrence County community of Henryville, Gobbler Springs Distillery brings whiskey-making back to Lawrence County for the first time since 1821.

Founded by fourth-generation distiller John Hatcher, the distillery blends Irish heritage, Kentucky tradition, and Tennessee spirit to craft small-batch, sweet mash whiskey, moonshine, vodka, and gin—all using locally sourced grains and pure limestone spring water from the property. With deep respect for history, creativity, and craftsmanship, Gobbler Springs honors the past while creating a bold new chapter for Tennessee spirits.
