During Jeff Letson's 35 plus years in the restaurant equipment industry, he developed a fondness for the culinary side. One of his passions was making Old World Style bacon without excessive chemicals or added water. Just pure smoked deliciousness. At his wife's suggestion, they started playing with flavors and sharing locally. What started as a hobby is now their life...and it couldn't taste any better. Their journey began in Clifton, Tennessee, with a passion for crafting the finest smoked bacon using time-honored curing techniques and innovative flavor profiles. Since founding in 2019, they’ve dedicated themselves to delivering high-quality, mouthwatering bacon that stands out from the rest.

What started as a local favorite quickly grew, and by 2021, they earned USDA approval, expanding their reach to stores and restaurants.
