Pickers Creek Winery
Bring a picnic, your friends, and spend a memorable day enjoying the art, music, and wines at Pickers Creek Winery.
Pickers Creek Winery, nestled in the heart of Lewisburg, Tennessee, is the creation of Phil and Lydia Butler George. In 2009, after their daughters had grown and started their own lives, they returned to their roots to fulfill their dream of building a winery. The farm, originally purchased by Phil’s parents in 1950, became the perfect setting for their vision.
Pickers Creek combines the best of life: fine wines, art, and music. The winery showcases Lydia’s mosaics and paintings, as well as works by local artists and Phil’s brother David’s stunning stained glass in the tasting room. The vineyard is managed by Phil’s brother Kenneth, who also directs the music and often shares his musical talents during events.
The winery produces award-winning wines, including blends like “Harmony” (Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon) and “Rockabilly Red” (Southern Muscadine grapes). Visitors can enjoy live music, stroll through the vineyard, and relax on the porches or by the bonfire, all while sipping on delicious wines.
