Why "Back to the land?"

It’s not just celebrities who are putting down roots here (though we’ve got plenty). Our new neighbors are digital entrepreneurs from Los Angeles, touring musicians from Nashville, small business dreamers from Indianapolis, curious families from Chicago, financial traders from Boston, and corporate employees from all over the U.S. feeling the freedom of remote work and a pull back to the land.
